The story begins nineteen years after the events of the 2007 novel Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and follows Harry Potter, now Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement at the Ministry of Magic, and his younger son, Albus Severus Potter, who is about to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The play is marketed as the eighth official story in the Harry Potter series.

The play received enthusiastic critical reception.The story of this upcoming movie will show us a grown-up Harry Potter as the story takes place 19 years ahead of time from the last Harry Potter movie. Harry Potter now is an employee of the Ministry of Darkness. He works tirelessly hard for the community, he also is a husband and a father now. Harry Potter and his wife have now three kids all of whom go to school. Harry Potter has his son Albus who is his youngest one. Albus thinks too much about his future and his family’s legacy and how he can carry forward this legacy of Harry Potter.

The reigns of power and protagonist will slowly be transferred to the children of Harry Potter and it seems that this is going to start a whole new era of Harry Potter.
